This beautifully maintained course forms an integral part of a real estate development. It offers a flat, challenging first nine holes and a scenic, hilly second. Spectacular views of mountains, pine forests, vineyards and even the Capeπs False Bay coastline distinguish Erinvale. Practice facilities comprise a driving range, putting green and chipping green. The modern clubhouse with bar and lounge bar also incorporates a halfway house and a Pro Shop. The views from the outside terraces of the clubhouse are absolutely magnificent. Visitors are welcome on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, but Erinvale is a private club and booking is essential. Golf carts, trolleys and clubs are available for hire.

Helderberg Golf Club

This course, which forms an integral part of a successful retirement village development, has 18 tees, bent grass greens and grassed fairways. The undulating layout allows beautiful views of the Helderberg Mountain and incorporates several farm dams. Practice facilities comprise a driving net and putting greens. The clubhouse incorporates a bar (open until 19h00 on weekdays and until 16h00 on Saturdays and Sundays), restaurant and Pro Shop. Visitors are most welcome and a halfway house facility can be made available on request, subject to prior arrangement. Golf carts and trolleys are available for hire, but booking is required. Please note that Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings are reserved for members.

The course is set in beautiful surroundings. During play one needs to cross a railway line and a road, but this does not detract from the feeling and the style of the layout of the golf course. There are putting greens and tennis, bowls and squash are also offered as leisure facilities. The clubhouse incorporates changing facilities, a popular bar, restaurant, halfway house, Pro Shop and a hall that is used for club functions. Caddies, golf carts and trolleys are available for hire. Visitors are welcome, but booking is essential for weekends.
